What You'll Do

• Manage multiple short video accounts (Douyin, Kuaishou, etc.), define content strategy and publishing cadence
• Continuously produce content around emotional topics, popular divination, career fortune, relationships, and psychological healing
• Coordinate with influencers and freelance creators, building an external content collaboration network
• Analyze data, iterate on content direction, and identify scalable viral content models

Content Areas

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience operating short video platforms, with track record of growing accounts from cold start
• Strong intuition for traffic — knows what content performs and can deconstruct viral hits
• Proficient with AI tools in daily work (scripting, topic research, data analysis, etc.)
• Experience managing influencers or freelance teams, able to efficiently coordinate external resources
• Genuine interest in emotional, spiritual, and psychological topics — understands users' emotional needs

Nice to Have

• Has built and grown personal accounts with proven success
• Familiar with spiritual, tarot, or astrology domains
• MCN or matrix account operations experience

What You'll Do

• Define content strategy across platforms (Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Kuaishou, WeChat, etc.), maintaining consistent brand voice
• Independently create high-quality graphic and short video content
• Engage with users, maintain community atmosphere, and capture authentic user feedback
• Design content topics around product features (tarot consultation, birth chart analysis, fortune reading, etc.)
• Track content data and continuously optimize content direction and format

What We're Looking For

• Strong writing skills — can create warm, authentic content that doesn't feel formulaic
• Genuine knowledge and interest in psychology, spiritual growth, astrology, and tarot
• Social media operations experience with familiarity of at least 2 platforms' content ecosystems
• Strong aesthetic sense with attention to layout and visual presentation
• Understands the difference between "companionship" and "guidance" — Moonviz's tone is the former

Nice to Have

• Maintains an active personal account (psychology, spiritual, or emotional content preferred)
• Experience building a brand account from scratch
• Understands AI products and can translate product capabilities into user-facing content

What You'll Do

Product Development

• Own the full product feature lifecycle — from requirements analysis to launch — including solution design and implementation
• Use AI tools to write high-quality code and ship product features rapidly
• Write high-quality product and technical documentation to build team knowledge

Technical Excellence

• Lead end-to-end architecture design and technology selection; continuously optimize system performance and user experience
• Own cross-platform UI components, backend modules, and infrastructure; continuously improve iteration efficiency and service quality

What We're Looking For

Programming Skills

• Proficient in at least 3 of: Java / Python / Go / Node / TypeScript; understands the full journey from source code to runtime
• Familiar with Git workflows including multi-branch parallel management
• Hands-on Docker experience with production containerized deployments
• Proficient with at least 3 of: MySQL / Redis / Kafka / RabbitMQ / ClickHouse; capable of independent DB design, optimization, high-concurrency handling, and understands how to build async/decoupled architectures with message queues

Technical Foundations

• Familiar with common data structures and algorithms and their applicable scenarios
• Understanding of computer hardware, OS, and how applications run
• Understanding of common network protocols, internet acceleration techniques, and network security fundamentals

Project Experience

• At least 3 independently completed full-stack personal or professional projects, with experience designing service communication protocols and interactions from a UX perspective
• At least 1 project maintained for 2+ years, having gone through the full journey from 0-1 and 1-10

Nice to Have

• Skilled in AI coding tools; ensures code quality while maintaining high development efficiency
• Experience with big data, platform infrastructure, or AI engineering projects
• Participated in core feature development and maintenance of AI Native applications
• Has a personal technical blog or deeply involved in open-source projects
